T O P I C R E V I E WlittlecloudSo I feel kinda shy asking but I need an objective opinion. I started dating a guy, and we broke up yesterday after about 3 months. I was fed up with some of his behavior and gave him an ultimatum bc I didn't know what else to do. He didn't realize I was giving him an ultimatum until I said it's over. This is not how I wanted things to go or end. I pulled 3 cards asking where we were going to go from here; Page of cups- wheel of fortune- EmperorWould the page and wheel indicate a new steady partner or does the emperor simply indicate that things will currently remain as they are (ie broken up). CeridwenHi LC; I missed you. I think the interpretation of the spread depends if that "where do we go from here" startst he spread, or if you consider the Page be a past card. If the Page is in the past, it might actually mean that everything is shaking up and yes there could be a new man coming. If however the Page is beginning the "from here" then I think there are still strong romantic feelings there, which might allow for a reconciliation (as a possibility not a promise), but that to accomplish that very new and firm foundation have to be laid. The emperor is very determined and organized. No matter if that is either of you or both, you will have to agree on some groundrules in that relationship, should it flourish again. littlecloudI'm not sure.... My mindset was on what happens next between us, if anything. The page in my deck also indicates a choice so perhaps its both scenarios that are a possibility. The choice to go down the same road with some hopeful changes or a new guy. Wheel always means something changes so idk..I haven't gotten the emperor with him much, more the Magician or other knights..sometimes the King of Wands. He is two years younger than me and a bit emotionally immature; very insistent on having his way and often not being able to see another person's point of view. Depending on his mood. I read the cards like a story from left to right, I don't always see it as the past, more like the foundation of the reading, the other cards building from it.
